This is a Shell Pakistan DC fast charger on Shami Road in Lahore Cantt, close to the city centre. It is one of the faster public options among the EV charging stations in Lahore, so it suits both a quick top-up during the day and a stop on the way in or out of the city.

The charger is rated up to 180 kW over a CCS2 connector, with 2 charging points.
