Terms of Use

Welcome to EVraah. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EVraah website and mobile application (together, the "Service"), operated by EVraah. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The service

EVraah helps EV owners in Pakistan find charging stations, compare networks, browse coverage by city, and plan trips. The Service provides information and tools for convenience only; it does not sell electricity, operate chargers, or guarantee charger availability. Charging is provided by independent network operators under their own terms.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account and vehicle information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent station information, reviews, or reports.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringing.

5. User content

The Service lets you submit content such as reviews, ratings, station submissions, and correction reports ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant EVraah a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and adapt it for operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the right to submit it.

6. Station data accuracy

Station data — including locations, connectors, pricing, availability, and hours — is user-submitted and periodically verified, but it may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Availability status is provided on a best-effort basis and should not be relied on as a guarantee. Always confirm details with the operator before a trip that depends on a specific charger.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party services, including Google Maps Platform, and links to charging operators' own sites and apps. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. EVraah does not control and is not responsible for third-party services or content.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding ("EVraah", "Plan. Charge. Arrive.", logos), text, graphics, and software, is owned by EVraah or its licensors. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that charging stations shown will be operational or available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVraah and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
