If you still have the app, the quickest way is Profile › Your details › Delete account, which works straight away. If you can't use the app, ask here.
Ask us to delete it
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in
- Your name, email, phone number and city
- Your name and contact details on stations you submitted
- The link between you and any reports you sent
What we keep
- Stations you submitted, with their photos and notes
- Reports you sent, with their notes, no longer tied to you
If a note you wrote has personal details in it, tell us in your request and we'll remove them.
